Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Overview
Early intervention with an automated external defibrillator will attempt to reverse an abnormal heart rhythm and improve chances of survival after a cardiac arrest.
This certificated AED operators course is designed to give delegates the theory and practical skills required to use an automated external defibrillator.
Who is it for?
Employers with large numbers of staff in the private and public sector,operators of public places and leisure facilities with large numbers of visitors would benefit from sending employees on this course as there is a duty of care to improve staff and public survival after a cardiac arrest
