Emergency First Aid for Schools & Colleges
Overview
Under the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 all employers must allocate one or more employees as 'Appointed Persons' based on a first aid risk assessment of their workplace.
This certificated emergency first aid course is designed to give the designated employee the required skills for a school or college environment,and to be able to deal with incidents caused by gunshot,stab wounds and substance abuse.
Who is it for?
Any employee who has been designated as the 'Appointed Person' within their school or college.
