This certificated manual handling course is designed for staff that require a broad range of people handling skills covering a comprehensive selection of procedures and equipment for use within hospitals,care homes and domicillary care.
The course covers the learning outcomes for the All Wales Manual Handling Training Passport,Skills for Care and NVQ's and the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974,Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999,Manual handling Operations Regulations 1992 and Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998.
